Essay

Object: staff potential development of trading enterprises. Goal: development of theoretical foundations, providing conceptual and methodological approaches to the development of staff potential of trading enterprises and practical recommendations for their implementation. Methods abstract logical, systematic and targeted expertise, statistical analysis, scoring evaluation, matrix, system-structural and comparative analysis, econometric modeling, correlation and regression. It is offered: first: the concept of staff potential development of trading enterprises; proposed interpretation of the playing staff potential development of trading enterprises for multidimensional analytical form; theoretical foundations of the development of staff resources for the composition of superposition stages of development of staff resources (formation, expansion, stabilization) and phases of the life cycle of commercial enterprise (birth, growth, maturity, decline); Methodological ensure the development of staff potential of trading enterprises using fractal-faceted model of development of human resources; improved: the structure of potential of trading enterprises prise; conceptual model of the continuous development of human resources of trading enterprises; classification factors in the development of human resources through the introduction of additional features - features of systems; theoretical and methodological framework for designing scorecard development of human resources; were further developed: the concept of " staff potential development of trading enterprises "; typology trading enterprises; systematization of indicators to measure staff potential of trading enterprises; scientific and methodical approach to the study of choice strategies for increasing human potential commercial enterprise; scientific and methodical approach to the development of quality standards for the development of staff potential of trading enterprises based modular competency-tech construction and implementation of continuous training and development of employees.
