Essay

Theoretical and legal grounds of formation, development and realization of the supervisory function of the state are elucidated in the thesis. Historical and legal genesis of supervisory function on the territory of Ukraine is researched; necessity of differ3entiation of the supervisory function from other state functions is proved. Classification of supervision is realized in the thesis; peculiarities of the state supervision in parliamentary, presidential, judiciary spheres, supervision of executive power agencies, local government supervision in the state, the role of public supervision in the state and features of international supervision are disclosed.
