Gladchuk V. Features of etiology and pathogenesis, clinical course, treatment and prevention of mycoses in miners

The object of study - feet mycoses. The purpose of research - improving the effectiveness of treatment of miners suffering from feet mycoses, through the development of complex pathogenetic therapy method based on a study of indicators of neurohumoralimmune homeostasis mechanisms. Methods: general clinico-laboratory, microbiological, biochemical, immunological, spectral atomic-emission, statistical. The dissertation is devoted athlete's foot at the miners. Тhe presence of allergic complications on skin (in the form of "allerhides"/"mikidеs" and/or microbial eczema) which was significantly more frequently observed when infection anthroposophiс fungi Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. interdigitale 205 of 269 (76,2 %). Installed changes in the characteristics neurohumoral mechanisms of homeostasis (the cells of cellular and humoral immunity, metal homeostasis, cytokines), significantly more expressive in complicated course of the disease. Developed effective integrated differential treatment method miners, patients with athlete's foot using detergent cell membranes of microorganisms (Tyrothricin), immunomodulator (Extra Erbisol) and hyperbaric oxygenation (periodical hypobaric hypoxic stimulation).
