Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of axiological education problem in Poland covering the second half of the XX - the beginning of the twenty-first century. The philosophical, psychological-pedagogical and historical analysis of axiological thought content and development in Poland in its ontogeny has been conducted, the main goal of Polish axiological education has been clarified, the historical stages of Polish educational system forming have been characterized and the place and the meaning of axiological components in different periods of Polish education existence have been defined. The polish research of methodology of personality's axiological sphere development has been analyzed and the fundamental works of Ukrainian scientists in this field have been characterized. There were determined the basic educational methodological concepts which had significant influence on the formation of value components of Polish youth's consciousnessin the second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century, among them - materialistic, personal, liberal, antipedagogical and religious-Christian. The genesis of "axiological education" concept in the wokrs of Polish scientists from the postwar period to the present days has been investigated and on the basis of scientific and theoretical analysis there wasdesignated that axiological education - is a purposeful process that is necessary for a citizen-patriot qualities formation , his knowledge, skills and abilities (competencies) acquisition under the influence of value systemin the process of joint educational activities with a teacher. The historical stages of the Polish educationsystem have been determined and place and meaning of axiological components in different periods of education system existence in Poland have been identified. The historical stages include the following periods: 1) post-war (1945-1960); 2) problem-reform (1960-1988); 3) European integration (1989-2004);4) European adaptation (2004-2014). Some variables that affected on the Polish society value-ethnic basis formation including: demographic changes; social structure transformation; labor market transformation; changes in Polish family functioning; changes in Polish community morality and certain modifications in the life content of Polish youth have been researched. It has been declared that Polish community tried to solve the problems in each of these spheres on the democratic basis and in accordance with the Poles needs and demands and towards a convergence of European values. The researches of Polish educators'in the field of axiological education (school and higher) with the purpose of their practical implementation in the educational process of Ukraine have been systemized, classified and summarizedand discussed. The role of a teacher as a values bearer and as a person, responsible for the formation of students'value orientations has been considered. On the basis of polysystemic analysis of Polish researchers' scientific works and the results of their practical implementation,a conceptual model of Polish axiological education has been developed. It was noted that the basic components of axiological education as a phenomenonwere: educational establishment, family, church and media. Media was given the status of a powerful variable of social progress process in the middle of the XX - the beginning of XXI century and there was proved its ability to influence and to correct society valuable orientations formation.The possible ways of Ukrainian axiopedagogical school modernizing have been outlined.
