The thesis is devoted to study of the theoretical bases and practical methods to ensure macroeconomic stability in the context of global market liberalization. Defined entity, parameters, roles and forms of macroeconomic stability in the context of global market liberalization, and also investigated the conceptual theory of its benefits. In the work of macroeconomic stability is defined as the institutional and regulatory impact of the state on endo - and exogenous factors in the development of the national economy, with the aim of ensuring economic security of the country. Are the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the category supranational institutions, analyzed the main functions of the system of global governance, justified the author's vision outlines a theoretical model of institutionalization of global economic development and its key actors.
