Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving important scientific and applied problem of creation of scientific and methodological bases of informational and management systems (IMS) software development technologies in order to increase its effectiveness by using multiparallel time parameterized data processing. In the dissertation were developed methods of creation of applied architecture-oriented time-parameterized parallel processes and technical tools for existing IMS, which provide increasing of IMS software effectiveness by consideration of time factor, architecture characteristics and computing tools (CT) configurations, requirements and restrictions of different applied fields. Method of creation of problem-oriented time parameterized multiparallel programs for perspective IMS , which allows to take into consideration all list of parallel data processing methods, requirements and restrictions of different applied fields, absence of data about concrete configuration and architecture of CT, was developed. Models of development parallel programs process were improved. The estimation of computing complexity of methods and models, which are developed within information technologies, was made.
