Essay

In the dissertation research using modern scientific aproach to problem-solving optimization politico-administrative relations. Proved its communicative nature, is evident as increasing role of the communicative function of the authorities, especially those that ensure the development and implementation of public policy. Analyzed the experience of building types of domestic and foreign political and administrative relations, that have a determining character of the struggle for power, it displays an internal call and external challenges, in particular, of the paradigmatic character.
