The work is devoted to the complex investigation of the personal non-property rights of legal entities by analyzing the Ukrainian and foreign scientific publications, provisions of the legislation and judicial practice study. The dissertation deals with theoretical questions about the concept and the classification of the personal non-property rights of legal entities and their various relationships with each other, conceptual approaches to personal relations. Investigate the rights of legal entities to name, whereabouts, reputation, information and different kinds of secrets. Elaborates on the concept of data intangible benefits content rights to them and the question of protection. The necessity of consolidation of civil legislation rights to name, whereabouts, inviolability of location, information, secret communications, personal papers for a legal entity, and personal non-property rights to individuality, free activity, association and competition.
