The dissertation is devoted a problem of increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of nonspecific infectious-inflammatory diseases of vagina at women of reproductive age on the basis of studying of new aspects patogenesise given complex pathology, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New links of patogenesise nonspecific infectious-inflammatory diseases of vagina at women of reproductive age on the basis of the established interrelations between microbiological, bacteriological and immunological changes which have allowed to confirm about primary formation candida-carrier at joining candidal infections to bacterial to candidiasis and "true" vulvovaginal candidiasis at combination with nonspecific vulvovaginite are established. The condition estimation vaginal biocenose on the basis of use of indexes which characterise a microbic variety taking into account share participation obligate and transitore species of microorganisms is spent. It has allowed to improve the standard classification of nonspecific infectious-inflammatory diseases of vagina. The spent integrated estimation of a condition microbiocenose of vaginas that has allowed to define characteristic defects of antiinfectious protection and to show prevalence infringement of local mechanisms of resistance of colonisation, and also to establish features of interaction of the basic links of local immunity at various aetiology of nonspecific infectious-inflammatory diseases of a vagina. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on decrease of gynecologic disease at women of reproductive age.
