Essay

On the basis of complex examination of 510 elderly patients in the conditions of sanatorium the features of a clinical course of isolated systolic and systolic-diastolic arterial hypertension were studied and the program of medical rehabilitation and prevention was developed. The differentiated application of "dry" carbonic baths and the general low-frequency magnetotherapy (the monovariant at systolic-diastolic and combined at isolated systolic hypertension) against educational technologies was grounded. It is developed the integrative indicator and multiple-factor predictive regression model of efficiency of dry" carbonic baths and general low-frequency magnetotherapy use subject to clinical variant of arterial hypertension. The long-term sanogenetic effect (up to 24 weeks) was proved when using two consecutive courses of these physiotherapeutic procedures with an interval of 3 months.
