Essay

Theoretical-methodological grounding of the strategic approach to innovations in the public-power bodies is worked out in the dissertation. There are characterized the modern paradigm of the society's innovation development, mechanisms of public-administrative innovations, their generalized subject field, which has been concretized from the position of modern principles of democratic governance at the local level. There have been analysed both global and national experience of these innovations' objectivity, tendencies of conceptualization of innovation mechanism in public-administrative research.
