Churpiy I. Surgical treatment and rehabilitation of patients with peritonitis depending on pathognomonic risk factors and prognosis of the disease.

Object - peritonitis, which arose as a result of acute surgical diseases; goal - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with per-itonitis by using modern information technologies, which are based on an assessment of risk factors specific and predict poor disease course and complications with the development of effective methods of treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of the complex; methods - clinical, biochemical, bacteriological, morphological, immunological, instrumental, mathematics and statistics; results - to develop original computer-information program for screening of risk factors in patients with peritonitis further prediction of poor outcome of the disease in a particular patient, and subsequent monitoring of the disease; first determined the predictive value of clinical and laboratory parameters, imaging studies, formed the scientific direction forecasting unsatisfactory result of the disease in the post-operative period, which allows you to adjust the complex therapeutic and rehabilitation measures; refined scientific data about the risk factors for poor outcome of the disease that affect the course of peritonitis; supplemented with scientific data about the morphological structure, functional changes and subclinical parenchymal violation of the functional state of the target, depending on the prevalence of peritonitis; branch – medicine.
