The dissertation is devoted a problem of improvement of quality of life and decrease in frequency and severity level of climacteric infringements at women with natural menopausa various age groups on the basis of studying of indicators of a metabolic homeostasis, mineral density of bones and urogenital frustration, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. In work the system scientific campaign to preservation of quality of life which has allowed consider climacteric infringements in age aspect with position to interrelation of functional systems of complete organism is used. The comparative clinical-laboratory estimation of current of climacteric syndrome is spent and features vegeto-vascular, psychoemotional and endocrinological infringements at women of various age menopausa are established. As result of spent researches similarities and differences in an estimation of quality of life at patients with natural menopausa depending on age aspect are established. It is shown, що the lowest indicators of quality of life and increase in frequency and weight of climacteric frustration arise in age group after 60 years. On more deep level new aspects of climacteric syndrome on basis established interrelations between clinical, functional, endocrinological, biochemical, hemostaziological and urogenital frustration at patients of various age groups are presented. It is improved, аппробирован and the algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions at patients with natural menopausa on the basis of complex medicamentous correction of the revealed changes and the differentiated approach to application of replaceable hormonal therapy is introduced.
