Kovalenko T. Mechanisms of Public Administration in the Area of Health Resort Services for Children in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical bases of the mechanisms of public administration in the area of health resort services for children in Ukraine. The theoretical construct of the public administration system in the area of health resort services for children in Ukraine is presented, including: the object to administer (a child with its individual or collective needs); the subject to administer (institutions of public, self-governing, private and public sectors); components of the sector (tetravalent national and bivalent foreign dimensions); public institutions of the central administration level (triune dimension of public administration influence, i.e. Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ministry of Education of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine); prioritization of public control mechanisms (coordination, inter-sectoral and cross-sectoral cooperation, integration and information); mission of the area (preservation, recovery of health, and prevention children's disability); the modern paradigm (dominance of health and recreation component relative to treatment and rehabilitation) as well as the inherent properties of this area.
