Mariya I. A credit mechanism of socio-economic development stimulation of Ukraine

The essence of socio-economic development and the mechanisms of its stimulation are presented in the dissertation with the emphasis on the importance of financial mechanisms of the rational and efficient use of financial resources as the integral premise to the successful implementation of the national strategies of socio-economic development. The priority of the credit mechanism in market economy of the financial socio-economic development stimulation is grounded. Basic structural elements and principles of the credit mechanism functioning are defined based on the objective principles of the market organization, as well as the economic and institutional levers of the state regulation with the aim of stimulating social and economic development. Methodological principles of the efficiency of the credit mechanism research in the market economy are developed from the standpoint of its market economy role in macroeconomic balance providing, as well as the structural and functional peculiarities of its implementation at the micro, meso and macro levels. It is reflected in the limited channels for crediting of national economy, the real effectiveness only of bank channel and its institutional limitations in connection with only universal banks functioning. An additional factor is the strengthening of the crisis in the national economy, reducing public trust in financial and credit institutions, which limit their resource potential and the possibility of crediting the national economy. Suggestions on improving the institutional principles of the credit facility functioning are grounded according to the bank orientated model of the credit market and concerning national priorities of socio-economic development. The prospects of specialized banks in Ukraine creation on the basis of involvement the resources and organizational capacity from all sources (government, business, scientific field) are grounded in order to create more opportunities for institutional bank lending priority sectors of the national economy and implementation of socio-economic development projects and programs.
