The thesis contains theoretical study and practical solution to urgent scientific problems in the medical field that is developing and implementing in practice autohemotransfusiological technologies in neonatal cardiac surgery in a multidisciplinary organization of health care to newborns with congenital heart disease. The author investigated the possibility of using autotransfusiological technologies in cardiac surgery in neonates in artificial blood circulation conditions. It is shown that moderate hemodilution under artificial blood circulation is safe for babies. Increased affinity for oxygen of fetal hemoglobin does not impair adequate delivery - oxygen consumption under artificial blood circulation. It is proved that the application of autotransfusiological technology during cardiac surgery promotes a balanced immune response and early recovery of immune status after cardiac surgery. The effect of anti-Hsp60 antibodies to strengthen the development of inflammation and immune disorders that lead to clinical complications in infants with TGA after surgery proved immunological efficiency of autologous cord blood of newborns with TGA by identifying product features proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-8, IL-10) in the serum. Established indications and contraindications to the use of autologous PCs in infants during cardiac surgery. Proved medical, social and economic performance of autohemotransfusiological technology using autologous cord blood.
