An object is a process of sociо-humanitarian and ecologically balanced steady development of rural territories; an aim is forming of theorist of methodological principles of ground of economic mechanisms of steady development of rural territories in the conditions of decentralization and development of methods of adjusting of ecologically balanced environmental; methods – to the analysis and synthesis, systematization, spatial, statistical, economic and SWOT-analysis, graphic and cartographic, computer treatment, analysis and reflection of information; a novelty is application of modern methods of scientific cognition, working of considerable array of statistical data, adequacy of raising and methods of decision of tasks of research, drawing on the results of researches of home and foreign scientists, introduction of results in practical activity; results – theorist of methodological principles of forming of economic mechanisms of steady development of rural territories are reasonable in the conditions of decentralization on principles of ecologically balanced environmental due to the use of local natural resources by delegation of powers in relation to their use to territorial communities; it is inculcated in economic practice.
