Zavhorodnia O. Innovation Dynamics of National Economy: the Evolutionary Synergetics and Bases of Regulation

In the thesis there are formed the theoretical and methodological foundations of cognition of content, economic- genetic basics and institutional forms of innovation dynamics of the national economy of economic globalization era. With the evolution and synergetic position source drivers, procedural attributes, externalities innovative macrodynamics of national economy are defined. Also its focus on improving genetics of macroeconomic system is discovered. There has been proved the unconditional subordination of innovation needs and interests of economic actors evolutionary imperatives of self-preservation and self-development. The preconditions of formation and development of open model of innovation macrodynamics are analyzed. Its characteristics, major trends and polymorphism are disclosed. Detected the polyfunctionality economic innovation, disclosed their adaptation, protectionist, differentiating, compensation and coherence functions. Using the methods of correlation and factor analysis allows to prove a significant role innovation factor in achieving the strategic aims of the national economy. The national innovation system was characterized of as macroinstitute of self-organization, coordination and regulation of open innovation processes. There were significant its order parameters of universal and limited action. The breakthrough competitive advantages, which provide increase of rank the country's position in the global innovation ranking, are concretized. The recommendations for stimulate regulation of innovative capital-forming process in Ukraine are proposed.
