Object - perinatal pathology caused to gestational endotheliopathy (GE); goal - reduce the rates of perinatal loss by improving the principles of pre-clinical diagnosis and prevention of disease pathogenesis of pregnancy, which was due to endothelial dysfunc-tion; methods - data analysis, general-clinical, laboratory, instrumental, mathematical statistical analysis; results - supplemented with scientific data about the use of indicators screening of microalbuminuria as endothelial dysfunction during pregnancy; refined scientific data about the risk factors for GE; supplemented with scientific data about the pathological changes regulation and metabolic properties of the endothelium at GE, as evidenced by the significant increase to serum level of endothelin, index sVCAM-1, and reduce microalbuminuria sRECAM-1 in the third trimester; in first time obtained scientific data about the violation of hemodynamic provision of pregnancy in GE; supplemented by scientific evidence about the fact that the prophylactic use of L-arginine and low-dose aspirin reduces perinatal pathology in pregnant patients with endothelial dysfunction; branch – medicine.
