The dissertation is dedicated to the perinatal mortality and morbidity rate decrease in fetal pathology main variants based on investigations of the new aspects of fetal growth retardation syndrome (FGRS), its congenital abnormalities, chromosomal anomalies and isoimmune conflict pathogenesis and also due to the diagnostic, treatment, prophylactic and prediction methodic' algorithm development and implementation. The basic causes of fetal pathology today were determined. New aspects of FGRS pathogenesis by correlative relationship investigation between the angiogenic growth factors and vasoactive components quantitative content were pointed out. The endothelial dysfunction role in fetoplacental complex vascular bed volume increase, vasoconstriction strengthening, hemodynamics violation and persistent hypoxemia in fetal development delay was grounded. The major risk factors that increase immunization in rhesus negative pregnancy, including a reproductive history and perinatal pathology development in previous pregnancies leading role were analyzed. The structure of congenital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities nowadays that may occur alone or in combination were studied. It made possible to propose a new methodological approach to the birth defects and chromosomal abnormalities risk groups formation. The necessity of diagnostic, treatment, preventive and prognostic measures algorithm improvement aimed on today's perinatal mortality and morbidity rate reduction is scientifically grounded.
