Essay

In the disertation is presented characteristic of clinical and laboratory changes of immune system in the children with allergic dermatitis and experemental evaluation of systemic organism responses of enteral use of cryoxenoderm substrate that is created for aim of mechanisms study of immune tolerance formation in animal organism. In the enteral apply of cryoxenoderm substrate in dose 200 mg/kg was revealed expressed immunotropistic action it that display with activation of unspecific immunity, supressive process of cellular immune response, clear untihistamine, untiinflammatory, untiallergic feature. In that case importantly was decreased display of hypersensitive immediate and delayed type, allergic inflammation, normalization functional activity of immunity system in the animals. Hyposensity feature of it proved to favourable course of the allergic dermatitis. Introduction of the substratum proved normalization of the concentration in blood serum Ig A, M, G and immune complex, inhibition hypersensitiveness of immediate and delayed type, lipoperoxidation, normalization of the activity catalase and ceruloplasmin. Membrane protective effect displayed with increase of membrane resistance index of erythrocytes and leucocytes. Apply of the cryoxenoderm promoted balanced maintenance of proinflammatory (ІL-1В, IL-2, TNFа) and antiinflammatory cytokines (ІL-10) in the blood, prevented development of immune deficiency in mouse, induced immune suppressive action of hydrocortisone.
