Laschak V. Financial levers of State influence on the level of consumer protection and consumer rights in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to explanation of theoretical and methodological principles of improvement of the system of State regulation of consumer protection and financial regulation consumer prices. The functional certainty of price and its role in economic relations are defined. The role of consumer protection in the system of State social policy and consumer protection systems in the leading countries of the world are analyzed. Essence and necessity of government financial regulation consumer prices are defined. The place of financial leverage in the process of Government price regulation, substantiation of the necessity and systematizes directions of development of system of protection of the rights of consumers in Ukraine.
