On the background of the complex examination of 200 pregnant women the main risk factors for development of placental dysfunction in pregnant females with anemia were analyzed, the association of placental dysfunction and disorder of blood flow velocity dependent vasodilation was shown. Phenotypic characteristics of placental morphology, depending on the expression of eNOS, HIF1A and VEGFA genes for iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women, was investigated. A set of preventive, therapeutic and diagnostic measures for the management of pregnancy and delivery in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia was designed and implemented into practice, which reduced the frequency of fetal hypoxia during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as reduced the number of perinatal complications.
