Legal, political, institutional, organizational, economic, information and control mechanisms of formation and realization of the state eurointegration policy of Ukraine and factors of influence on process of its formation and realization are defined. It is developed and evidence-based structurally functional model of formation and realization of the state eurointegration policy of Ukraine.
