Polyova O. Formation of the effective production of energy-saving products cattle in agricultural enterprises

The dissertation presents theoretical, methodological, economic and practical principles for establishing effective production of cattle energy-saving products at agricultural enterprises. According to the results of the study the essence of the concept of "production of cattle energy-saving products" in view of production capacity of farms is revealed. Methodological position and energy-saving technigues as well as individual methods of economic evaluation of energy-efficient production of cattle energy-saving products taking into account the energy value of final products are substantiated. Conceptual approaches to enterprise development based on energy-efficient production, issues concerning sustainable use of biological potential of animals are defined; appropriate keeping and feeding conditions depending on the capacity of enterprises, areas of labour-consuming operations and technology improvement are determined. Technology for recycling the cattle wastes for biogas production is submitted . The expediency and benefits of reconstructed enterprises as well as unitary and multi-store barns for milk production are substantiated. The submitted conceptual approaches are aiming at rational utilization of energy resources and developing the optimal production structure for implementation of energy-saving technologies in the production of cattle products.
