Yasynska N. The Transformation of Institutional Infrastructure of Personal Finance in Conditions of Crisis

The thesis justified the definition and components of institutional infrastructure of finances; researched genesis of financial theories and founds patterns of it's transformation in conditions of crisis. It is formalized the personal finances as a result of evolutional development and determined their location and role in the financial system of Ukraine, is elaborated concept to anti-crisis transformation of institutional infrastructure of the personal finances. It is systematized the indicators of the state and factors of development of the personal finances; conducted modeling of their causal and consequence intercommunications with other links of the financial system of Ukraine. Income, consumer cost and investments as indicators of the state of their institutional infrastructure are analyzed, the efficiency of the financial providing of social standards of life of population is determined. It is justified scientific and practical recommendations in relation to transformation of institutional infrastructure of the personal finances in conditions of crisis. It is improved the prudential approach to monitoring and regulation of personal finances, used the methodical approach to their transformation on the basis of neural network and unclearly-logical modeling, developed the scenario approach to regulation of personal finances according to the phases of development of the crisis phenomena. The complex of theoretic-methodological provisions, methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning transformation of institutional infrastructure of personal finance in conditions of a crisis is a result of the research.
