Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of urgent scientific problem of creating a system of study and choice of organizational and technological solutions reconstruction of buildings as adaptive technology systems that dynamically transformed and providing highly efficient and sustainable construction non-stationary processes in complex, changing environment reconstruction buildings, industrial and civil development. Solu-tion to the problem is based on the theoretical justification of the system of conceptual, theoretical, methodological and technological foundations of sustainable functioning of technological systems and methodological principles of their formation, allowing build-ing and implementing models of complex technological systems, appropriate goals, ob-jectives and conditions of reconstruction. The developed system justification and selection is the development of radically new specific direction in the design and execution of reconstruction of buildings and elimi-nates the disadvantages of technological design methodology, including the design meth-odology of complex technological systems. Theoretical basis of the developed area is made the system complex research processes of reconstruction of buildings for industrial and civil use as an integrated system and establishing patterns and conditions of steady operation processes and systems in the reconstruction of buildings, allowing to build and implement models of complex technological systems, such a combination of func-tional and target and morphological components that provides synergy technological system static properties and homeostatic systems when homeostatic properties are found only on the phase transitions of a typical production situation to another, and within each of these situations technological system has the appropriate conditions of static properties of highly specialized systems, to ensure a stable and highly unsteady performance of construction processes at minimal cost to the transformation of the morphology and function of the technological system, that solve the main contradiction parametric reconstruction technology.
