Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to study of features of chronic heart failure (CHF) pathogenesis and increase of its treatment efficiency. During investigation of 389 patients with ischemic CHF we established of prominent role of the low grade inflammation, which manifests in increase of blood leukocytes count, pro-inflammatory cytokines, endogenous intoxication grade, extracellular matrix degradation, level of patological circulating immune complexes, differentiation of monocytes/macrophages by M1-way and correlates with central hemodynamic parameters. The efficiacy of treatment with ivabradine and omega-3 polyunsaturated acids was showed. Branch - Medicine.
