Grechkivska N. Medical assistance to the working population in Ukraine in modern conditions

Dissertation is devoted to problems of scientific base and development of the system of medical assistance to the working population of Ukraine in modern conditions. The system of medical care of the working population in Ukraine was developed on the basis of a general social-hygienic research formulating algorithm, order and scope of the health care. It made of possible estimate the effectiveness of the proposed new organizational forms of the provision of (specialized) occupational medical care. It was developed and implemented a computer program "The information system "Preventive medical examinations" ("IS "PME") in order to collect, preserve and analyze the results of PME. Also it was proposed structural and functional model of quality of provision of the occupational health service of the working population in Ukraine. The study helped to scientifically substantiate and develop a system of quality of provision of occupational healthcare service of the working population in Ukraine using effective technologies of quality assurance.
