Essay

The object of the investigation is the processes of tubular items formation by methods of cold deforming. The goal of the research is improving of technical and economic indices in cold deforming processes of long-length precision of tubular items with interior profile. The methods of the research are the method of comparative assessment, analytical methods of SSSA of a deforming rough part (method of cumulative solvation of differential equations of balance upon flexibility condition; plan section method); method of similarity, final elements method (FEM), experimental methods. There was developed the theory of lowflexible steels deformation upon hydrostatic extrusion with differentiated back-pressure of thick-walled tubular rough parts as well as the parameters influencing the stable process of radial metal flow in the definite deformation zone while clamping of thick-walled tubular rough parts on movable profile mandrel were determined. Application areas are the development of technologies in cold voluminous pressing of tubular rough parts in machine building, device building, and production of special use items.
