Melikhov A. Strategic management competition development of industrial enterprises

A research object are processes of management competition development of industrial enterprises. A research purpose is the development of theoretical, methodical and methodological principles in relation to a strategic management development of an industrial enterprise in the conditions of competition environment and scientifically - methodical and practical measures in relation to their realization. Research methods are: in theoretical generalization (in determination the essence of concept); historical analysis (during the research of the stages of competition development); systems approach (in the development of the strategic management model of competition development); analysis and synthesis (in the development of the competition development conception of industrial enterprises); comparative analysis (on the basis of competition development strategy of industrial enterprises); system - structural analysis (on the basis of the analysis of structural changes in industry); statistical and cross-correlation analysis (at the estimation of factors influence on the dynamics of GDP); cluster analysis; matrix analysis (on the basis of matrix of construction of competitive of advantages); economical mathematical design. The conception of competition development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine, which enables enterprises to utillize the mechanisms of strategic management competition development taking into account state, regional, corporate and other programs of competition development, is developed. It is suggested to utillize methodical approach, based on the construction of matrix "competition position on the basis of resources - competition position on the basis of competences, that enables to define the type of competition development strategy of an industrial enterprise, its purpose and task. The organizational mechanism of strategy choice competition development of an enterprise, which not only takes into account duogenny and turbulent factors for each of strategy groups but also foresees the application of chaotics - strategies in the conditions of considerable influence of turbulent factors, is developed.
