Essay

The object of study: the production of pork in a variety of technologies, space planning and technological solutions of premises, equipment, pig genotypes, season, pig waste. Objective: theoretical basis, experimental development and practical implementation of modern technologies of pork production using high genotype pigs and various space-planning and technological solutions of pig premises. Methods: livestock (performance score), physical-chemical (product quality), biochemical (physiological state of animals), zoohygienic (temperature, humidity, air and harmful gases), biometrics (mean values and their errors, the reliability of the results of the study). Theoretical and practical results: in theory - enhanced aspects regarding the impact of the three-phase and single-phase technology of pork production, conditions of detention, the size of groups and process equipment performance pigs. In-depth knowledge of the biological characteristics of pigs, depending on the genotype and paratypic factors, the degree of influence of conditions, genotype, season, machine tools, the skill level of employees in the reproductive performance of sows. In practice - advanced technologies of pork production, implemented in small, medium and large farms contribute to the reproductive qualities, fattening pigs and meat productivity. Recommended three-phase technology of pork provides more efficient use of space by 31.5%, weight at weaning in the nest 35 days - to 18,40-21,19%, and average daily gain of piglets before weaning - to 7,60-21,90% improve the payment of feed - feed at 0.18-0.25. u and increasing the production of meat per sow per year 17.80% compared with a single phase. The novelty: for the first time scientifically substantiated and developed the concept, principles and system solutions creation and operation of various types and sizes of farms producing pork, using modern methods, feeding, breeding methods, as well as the latest space-planning and technical solutions for specialized facilities and personal peasant farms households with recycling of production waste. New data on the performance of thoroughbred, landed and hybrid piglets domestic and foreign origin of different sexes depending on the time of year and the different ways content. We got further study dependence of the indoor environment of various types and production purposes on the environmental conditions during the four seasons of the year and their impact on reproductive performance and feeding pigs with different types of lairs, easel area, size of the group and phase feeding. The influence of conditions on the productivity of sows in gestation and idle periods.
