Essay

The thesis deals with the scientific bases of efficiency and durability of cavitation devices of food production. It is presented the scientific substantiation of methods to increase the efficiency of cavitation treatment. Based on experimental research of units with serial processing zones of treatment the of peculiarities cavitation zones structures and theirs impact on manufacturing invironment. The cavitation resistance of technical ceramics was investigated based on the aluminium oxide. There was found that by the strength characteristics comparable with cavitation-resistant metals, technical ceramics can be used for the manufacture of working parts of apparatus. The cavitation devices and schems of theirs durability is proposed.
