The dissertation is dedicated the decision of theoretical and methodological problems of an estimation of effectiveness of enterprise management processes acceleration. Conceptual theoretical positions concerning effectiveness of enterprise management processes acceleration are systematize. Modern methodological support of estimation of efficiency of enterprises activity in the context of accelerating manufacturing, commercial and management processes are systematize. Methodological approaches to determining the economic effect from effectiveness of enterprise management processes acceleration are developed. Economical and mathematical model of planning of enterprise computer capital are developed. Methodological approaches to assessing the economic effect from training program-technical means of management are improved. Methodological tools for estimation of effectiveness of enterprise management processes acceleration are proposed. Influence of paperwork acceleration on speed management and production processes are investigated. Internal organization of the system of information support to accelerate management processes are developed. Theoretical approaches to definition of categories "computer capital" and "acceleration effectiveness of management processes" are improved. The predictive effectiveness of investing in means to accelerate management processes are evaluated. Relationship between the level of enterprise IT processes maturity and the value of information system TCO are investigated. Methodological basis of forecasting the risk of material resources deficit are improved.
