Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solving scientific and applied problems of the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of metrological assurance of methods and measuring instruments of rotating of parameters electro motors that allow ensure measuring unity of rotating of parameters electromotor and improve their accuracy. In the work are developed methodological foundations of evaluating the characteristics of the measurement accuracy and the definition of measuring instruments calibration interval based on the concept of uncertainty. Received the mathematical model of metrological characteristics of measuring instruments parameters of rotating motors. Proposed method of adjusting the instrumental components of error of measuring instruments, which can improve the accuracy of measurements. Received a model equation to convert the additive and multiplicative error components in the instrumental component of the measurement uncertainty. Further developed methods for estimating uncertainty of measurement that allow traceability. Developed by the spectral estimation method of dynamic measurement uncertainty. Proposed Projects document the method of execution of measurement of rotating of parameters asynchronous motors which comply with international standards for flow measurement quality. The degree of implementation - the results obtained in the thesis, introduced in enterprises "Yampolsky pryladobudivnyy zavod" (Yampil, Vinnytsia region), "Infrakon" (Vinnitsa), "Vinnitsky instrumentalnyy zavod" (Vinnitsa), as well as the learning process of the Vinnitsa National Technical University.
