The present thesis is dedicated to the elaboration of diagnostics, differential diagnostics and improvement of the treatment efficacy in patients with arthropathic psoriasis (AP). The clinical and taxonomic signs of psoriasis have been systematized, the examination criteria and search algorithm of AP differential diagnostics has been developed. A great amount (79.78%) of associated pathology served as the ground to develop the enroute charts for the patients with AP. The probabilistic decrease (p<0.01) of the number of immune competent cells containing CD3+, CD22+, CD4+, CD8+ phenotype, the increase of CD16+ content, the promotion of levels of IL-1?, IL-8, IL-17, IL-22 cytokines, cortisol stress hormone, IgG, IgМ, and CIC indicate the intensity of stress realizing mechanisms in AP patients. Pathogenetically proved tactics of step-by-step algorithm of AP patients complex treatment involving the validation of various non-steroidal anti-inflammatory disease modifying medications and autohemotherapy, which promotes normalizing of clinical, laboratory and instrumental readings (р<0.05) has been elaborated. The AP development model from the perspective of genetically determined pathologic adaptation disease has been worked out.
