Thesis contains theoretical concepts and practical recommendations on generation of the theoretical and methodological principles of organizational and process engineering solutions in the construction of the substructures of civil buildings. On the basis of the established system of optimization of parametric characteristics of crane solutions a technique of mathematical optimization simulation of crane placing system was developed, taking into account constrained working conditions. A science-based technique of the experimental justification of design solutions of construction site drainage and waterproofing of underground structures was developed. A mechanism of the joint effect of organizational and process engineering factors on the parameters of drainage and waterproofing processes was determined, to which end an integrated technique of predicting performance indicators was developed. Science-based solutions increasing the efficiency of the construction of the substructures of civil buildings were proposed.
