Thesis focuses on the basic conceptual principles and provisions of executing personal non-property rights of people who are underage; on finding weaknesses and gaps in the current legislation; on the development of the specific propositions concerning the ways and methods to address them. General theoretical principles of the institution of executing personal non-property rights of people who are underage and its problems are determined. The stages of formation, development and current state of personal non-property rights in Ukraine are revealed; the author has traced the development of concepts and modern approaches in executing personal non-property rights of children.
