Essay

Object of the study is processes of management organizing behavior personnel on industrial enterprise. Objective of study is motivation and development theorist-methodological positions, scientifically-methodical approach and practical recommendation on shaping motivation mechanism of management organizing behavior personnel on industrial enterprise. Methods of research are the humanistic psychology, cybernetic theory of management, organizations, motivations, behavioral and reflexive approach, psychological analysis and economic and mathematical modeling, statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the development theoretical basis management organizing behavior personnel industrial enterprise with use the positions to humanistic psychology, theory to organizations, motivations, management and reflexive approach; the motivation mechanism of management organizing behavior personnel. Novelty: is solved new actual problem of the development motivation mechanism of management organizing behavior personnel and scientifically-methodical approach to increasing of capacity of the labor on industrial enterprise.
