Kalaur I. Contractual obligations on transfer of property for use in civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems of transfer of property for use. Legal component of the mechanism of legal regulation of the use of property relations is characterized and the role of contract in system of legal phenomena interconnection is ascertained. The legal nature of relations arising from contracts on transfer of property for use is defined, the number of participants of these relations and their legal status is determined. Contracts of transfer of property for use are systematized with using the model of stepwise systematization. The theoretical analysis features of transfer property for use by separate contractual model is conducted. Theoretical and practical problems of performance of contracts by which property is transferred for use are examined, reasons of change and termination of contracts are investigated. The legal consequences of violation of obligations under contracts on the transfer property for use are analyzed, methods of protection rights of parties of contract and rights of the third persons are determined.
