The thesis is concerned with justification of the role of legal ideology in developing the modern Ukrainian state and civil society, working out the gnosiological, ontological and acmeological conditions of application of received knowledge. The thesis dwells upon some conceptual statements, conclusions and recommendations which have essential theoretical and practical significance, in particular: the concept of the main mechanisms of the legal ideology propagation in the modern society is presented; the integrative character of the legal ideology is substantiated.
