Essay

The object is processes of management restructuring of air companies. The purpose of the study is development of methodological principles of management restructuring of air companies, shed new light on theoretical positions and forming of theoretical and methodological recommendations on their implementation for manage tensions by determination of necessities of restructuring, choice of corresponding types and directions depending on environment trends. Case-based methods are systematic and logical approach, historical approach, scientific and analytical and dialectical method of cognition, abstract logical analysis; economic modeling and systems analysis; economics and law, multidimensional statistical analysis; intellectual analysis. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time here are the formulation scientific approach for the implementation of the restructuring decomposition of enterprises based on the separation of three fundamental directions: principacical, ontological and imperative and theirs corresponding types; methodological principles of management restructuring of air companies has been formulated; conception of the integrated management restructuring of air companies has been worked out; conceptual approach to the institutional management restructuring of air companies based on justification implementation strategies has been formed; two-stage restructuring mechanism airlines has been formulated. The results of the research are scientific and methodical principles justification of measures on the resource-technological restructuring based on refined estimate of net present value projects the restructuring of airports; methodological provision of value-oriented management enterprise restructuring; mechanism of operating management of air companies in the marketing of restructuring; theoretical and methodological approach to the justification of priority types of restructuring for airlines and airports; conceptual basis for the formation of management restructuring enterprises; theoretical and methodological approach to the evaluation of complex reorganization measures airports and airlines; theoretical approaches to corporate organizational and resource technological restructuring. The above implementations were used by government scientific institutions, public authorities, airlines (air companies). Industry is aviation.
