New approaches for solving an actual medical informatics, hygienic and psychophysiological problem concerning reliability of military operators based on development and implementation of the information technology for assessment of operator's activity reliability (ROA) and support servicemen working capacity, which allows to evaluate ROA using hardware and software, to select informative psychophysiological indicators based on minimizing their connectivity and to perform monitoring and forecasting of ROA for supporting high working capacity of military operators according the influence of different types information load nature on their activity have been proposed. There have been developed three information and software modules for estimation and forecasting ROA of servicemen based on the proposed information models of operators' activity, methods and psychophysiological indicators for ROA evaluation (by psychodynamic, individual and typological characteristics) that allow to create mathematical models and evaluation criteria of ROA using computer modeling tasks with different content and complexity of information load. Developed ІТ includes complex of medical and physiological measures for improvement the reliability of military operators' professional activity and allows to detect changes in the functional status of servicemen, to keep their high working capacity and health and to increase the military operators (pilots, naval specialists, signalmen, special units, etc.) work effectiveness as a result of growing ROA at 1.6 times due to usage of professionally important physiological qualities training.
