Kosovych V. General theoretical aspects of perfection of normative legal acts of Ukraine.

The thesis deals with the methodology of research of possibilities of normative legal acts perfection. Taking into consideration the specification of normative legal acts attributes, its notion definition is expanded and refined. To determine the perfection level of normative legal acts, the author presents an integral index that covers the quality of normative legal acts, the lack of deficiencies in particular. The main components of the law-improvement activity are singled out: rule-drafting technique, law-making technology as well as the forms of normative legal acts perfection. The stages of the law-creating process in Ukraine that need further optimization are determined. A package of measures of doctrinal, organizational and legal nature that provide procedural guarantees of making perfect and improving current normative legal acts of Ukraine is outlined. The obtained conclusions and findings are embodied in the draft law of Ukraine “On normative legal acts”.
