Korneyev M. Methodological bases of evaluation and regulation of the financial resources movement imbalances in the economy of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical tools for evaluation and regulation of financial resources movement imbalances in the context of the Ukrainian economy financialisation. In this paper the essence of financial resources and their movement in the economy is revealed, the nature, structure of financial and real sectors of economy is researched, genesis of scientific thoughts about intermediation between financial and real sectors is analyzed; essence, sources of origin and distribution of the phenomenon of economy financialisation are identified; formation nature of the financial resources movement imbalances is defined; methodology for evaluation link between level of financial resources movement imbalances in the economy and financialisation indicators is developed; formalized relationship between financial resources movement imbalances and stability of the financial sector of the country is produced; methodology for research of convergence processes in the real and financial sectors is proposed; methodological approach for identification of the financial resources movement imbalances impact on the economic and social development is developed; theoretical and methodological bases of financial resources movement imbalances influence on country investment activity is proved; determinants of finan-cial resources movement imbalances influence on commodity market functioning are identified; causal-investigatory relationships between financial resources movement imbalances level and commodity market development in the context of economy fi-nansialisation is defined; specifics and measures of financial resources movement imbalances regulation are identified; directions of harmonized adjustment in financial and commodity markets are determined; concept of financial resources movement imbalances regulation in Ukraine is proposed; the measures system that are most ef-fective for the economy of Ukraine in the context of state regulation of the emergence and spread of financial resources movement imbalances is formed.
