Essay

The object - the activation process solids by grinding in a mill vibroimpact. The purpose - to establish patterns of activation process solids in the vibro-grinding by obtaining materials with desired physical and chemical properties. Research methods and instruments - the physico-chemical analysis techniques: X-ray diffraction, phase, X-ray, thermal analysis, optical microscopy, IR-, NMR-, mass-, UV- spectroscopies, potentiometric titration; granulometer "SK LAZER MICRON SIZER", derivatograph, mass, IR, NMR, UV spectrometers. Theoretical results - further development of the theory of mechanical activation, which is the appearance of volume ionization formed by vibro-grinding cracks in solids. Practical results - reasonably promising methods for composite materials, catalysts, coagulants, coal-water slurries with high adsorption properties, consisting of the vibro-loading of minerals in the grinding mill vibroimpact. Novelty - development of the theory of solids activated when vibro-grinding to produce new composite materials, catalysts, superconductors, increasing the degree of disclosure, selective separation, with desired properties. The degree of implementation - "Technological regulations on the process of grinding powders of oxygen-free and oxide compounds in the vertical vibratory mill" (DR number 01910041833), which is used in the laboratory of structural ceramics and refractories NTU "KPI" (Kharkov), " Recommendations for the use of activated charcoal to prepare a coal-water slurries when vibro-impact grinding "LLC" ANA-TEMS "(Dnepropetrovsk). "Recommendations for the use of pre-activation of coal slurry during vibro-impact grinding in the process of selective flocculation" at the Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk). For quality control of mineral resources on the electrical conductivity of "Ukrpromsert" (Dnepropetrovsk), in the educational process of the State University "NMU" (Dnepropetrovsk).
