The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency of pathological changes of reproductive health, improvement perinatal results of delivery and postnatal adaptation of newborns in the presence of hem on uterus after cesarean section on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. New links of patogenesise placentary dysfunction at women with hem on uterus after cesarean section are established. Negative influence repeated abdominal delivery on perinatal outcomes, postnatal adaptation of newborns, a psycho-emotional condition of women and them lactation function is shown. The new data about negative influence repeated abdominal delivery on condition of reproductive health of women in the form of high frequency of hyperplastic processes endometrium and infringements menstrual is presented function. The algorithm of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on improvement perinatal of results delivery and postnatal adaptation of newborns, and also decrease in a pathology of reproductive system at women with hem on uterus after cesarean section on the basis of stage-by-stage complex approach to conducting patients is improved and introduced, since stage of female consultation and finishing obstetrical hospital.
