Leonenko T. Criminality based on religious grounds: phenomenon, determination, prevention

The thesis deals with multi-method criminal-legal and criminological research of phenomenon of criminality based on religious grounds. The phenomenology of criminality based on religious grounds, its determination and prevention peculiarities are analyzed in the thesis. On the ground of analysis of scientifical literature, and with the help of methodological approach the meaning of religion and religiosity as the means of influencing criminality are determined, methodological tools of research of criminality based on religious grounds are improved, general description of crimes based on religious grounds or ones related to religion in theory of criminal law and criminal responsibility legislation is given.
