Essay

The elaboration of a new method of X-ray images transformation into a digital format, up-to-date methods with 2D and 3D computed modeling of the area and examination of the fracture plane, enabled to visualize, study and fix 11 signs of structural-functional peculiarities, 7 morphological signs in the strained area, and 11 - in the compression area of a long tubular bone fracture. Three grouped hierarchical modules have been found to be the most reasonable to apply in detection of mechanical and morphogenesis of fractures of low extremity long tubular bones: elasticity, stiffness and solidity including the most valuable diagnostic morphological signs grouped by the degree of their influence on destructive processes of the given bones.
