Moskalenko A. Formation of efficient use of agricultural land of Woodlands of Ukraine in market conditions

The work deepened theoretical and methodological principles of formation of efficient agricultural land use on the basis of sustainable development. The analysis of the evolution of knowledge about sustainable land use was performed. Definitions of the problems studied were improved. Using the proposed indicators the assessment of the efficiency of cultivated area use was performed. Optimum size of land use for different farm specialization types was developed. The necessity of compliance with soil-biological methods of economic management in manufacturer was economically grounded. Methodical approach was developed for penalties administration to business entities during the cultivation of certain crops considering the level of nutrient content recovery in the soil and the value of their profitability. Different types of crop rotations that enable obtaining positive humus balance were developed, and monetary evaluation of effect resulting from their implementation was given. Ecological and economic mechanism of effective use of agricultural land was improved.
